1. Overview

Sacraw Studios ("we," "us," "our") operates this website and storefront at sacrawstudios.com, including all related content, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Our Services are powered by Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Products and Services

Sacraw Studios sells two categories of products:

Digital Products: Stock footage files delivered electronically as downloadable digital goods.
Physical Products: Photography prints produced on demand and shipped to the customer. All prints are manufactured and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

Product specifications are listed on each product page. For digital products, watermarked preview videos are provided for evaluation before purchase. For physical prints, product images, sizing, and material details are provided on the product page.

3. Licensing (Digital Products)

Purchasing a clip from Sacraw Studios grants you a license to use the footage in accordance with the license type specified on the product page (Commercial or Editorial). Full license terms are available at licensing-explained.

A purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of the footage to you. All footage remains the intellectual property of Sacraw Studios.

4. Physical Products (Prints)

Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical object only. All photographs remain the intellectual property of Sacraw Studios. You may not reproduce, scan, digitize, or redistribute the image in any form.

All prints are produced on demand by a third-party production partner and shipped directly to you. Production times, shipping estimates, and tracking information are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Digital Delivery

After purchasing a digital product, you will receive a download link via email. Download links are provided through Fileflare and are available immediately upon payment confirmation. Files are large (typically 1–4 GB) — please ensure you have adequate storage and bandwidth before purchasing.

7. Refunds and Returns

All sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, creative incompatibility, or duplicate purchases. Technical issues (corrupted files, downloads that do not match listed specifications) will be resolved — see our Refund Policy for details.

Physical prints are made to order. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with photo documentation. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw footage files
Upload footage to competing stock media platforms
Reproduce, scan, or digitize purchased prints for redistribution
Claim authorship or copyright of any Sacraw Studios content
Use any content in a manner that violates applicable law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract components of our Services
Use automated tools to scrape, download, or access our content without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including footage, photographs, preview videos, thumbnails, text, design, and branding — is the property of Sacraw Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

For physical products, color accuracy may vary between screen displays and printed output due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and print processes. Minor variations are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacraw Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
