Digital Products (Stock Footage)
All digital products are downloadable files. There is no physical shipping.
- Purchase: Complete your order through our secure checkout.
- Email: You will receive a confirmation email with a secure download link within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Download: Click the link to download your ProRes source file. Downloads are powered by Fileflare.
Our footage files are production-grade Apple ProRes and range from 1 to 4 GB per clip. Please ensure you have sufficient storage space and a stable internet connection before downloading.
If your download is interrupted, you can re-access your download link from the confirmation email. If you continue to experience issues, contact us at hello@sacrawstudios.com and we will assist you.
Physical Products (Prints)
All prints are produced on demand and shipped directly to you. Each order is printed, inspected for quality, and packaged before dispatch.
Production Time
Because each print is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Production times may vary depending on the product type and current demand.
Shipping
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.
Wrong Address
If an insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided, the shipment may be returned to the production facility. You will be responsible for any reshipment costs to an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed by the recipient will be returned to the production facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
Lost in Transit
If your package has not arrived, please contact us at hello@sacrawstudios.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
