Delivery

Sacraw Studios sells two kinds of product. Stock footage is delivered digitally as a download — there is no shipping. Fine-art prints are physical goods, printed on demand and shipped to you.

Digital Delivery

How It Works

1. Purchase: Complete your order through our secure checkout.
2. Email: You will receive a confirmation email with a secure download link within minutes of payment confirmation.
3. Download: Click the link to download your ProRes source file. Downloads are delivered by Sacraw Studios through a secure, time-limited link.

File Sizes

  Our footage files are production-grade Apple ProRes and typically range from 1 to 6 GB per clip. Please ensure you have sufficient storage space and a stable internet connection before downloading.

Download Issues

If your download is interrupted, you can re-access your download link from the confirmation email. If you continue to experience issues, contact us at hello@sacrawstudios.com and we will assist you.

Physical Prints

We also sell a small range of fine-art photographic prints. These are physical goods and are printed on demand, then shipped by our print partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch, and delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Shipping costs and any duties or import charges are calculated at checkout or payable on delivery, depending on your location.

If a print arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@sacrawstudios.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the item and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
