Digital Products (Stock Footage)
All sales of digital footage are final.
Because our products are downloadable digital files, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been made available to you.
Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical problem with your download — such as a corrupted file, an incomplete download, or a file that does not match the specifications listed on the product page — contact us at hello@sacrawstudios.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement file or resolve the problem.
Before You Purchase
We provide watermarked preview videos and detailed technical specifications (resolution, codec, frame rate, aspect ratio, duration) on every product page so you can evaluate the footage before buying. We encourage you to review these carefully before completing your purchase.
What We Do Not Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Footage that does not suit your creative vision or project
- Duplicate purchases (please review your order before checkout)
- Compatibility issues with your editing software — our ProRes files are industry-standard and compatible with all major NLEs
Physical Products (Prints)
All prints are made to order. Because each print is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. To submit a claim, email hello@sacrawstudios.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item (the full item must be visible)
- A description of the issue
Claims deemed a production or shipping error will be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Contact us with your order number and we will investigate.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, contact us with photos of the incorrect item and we will arrange a replacement.
What We Do Not Cover
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Prints ordered in the wrong size
- Color variations due to differences between screen displays and printed output
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
EU Consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. All prints are produced on demand to your specific order.
