Description
A grinning phantom mask with purple-streaked hair emerges from the midnight crush of Shibuya's Halloween crossing. Sharp latex teeth and a painted scowl contrast against the soft blur of costumed commuters and partygoers — a figure of theatrical menace waiting for the light to change like everyone else.
Purple strands catch the sodium vapor and LED glow, anchoring the subject against the urban static. A portrait of performance itself, where the street becomes a stage and fear becomes festive.
