1. Overview
Sacraw Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and digital storefront at sacrawstudios.com, including all related content, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our Services are powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Products and Services
Sacraw Studios sells digital stock footage files, which are downloadable digital goods delivered electronically, and a small range of fine-art photographic prints, which are physical goods printed on demand and shipped to you. See our Shipping Policy for delivery and returns terms on prints.
Product specifications (resolution, codec, frame rate, duration, aspect ratio) are listed on each product page. Preview videos are provided for evaluation before purchase.
3. Licensing
Purchasing a clip from Sacraw Studios grants you a license to use the footage in accordance with the license tier you purchase, as specified on the product page (Social, Commercial, or Broadcast) — or the Editorial Use Only terms, where a clip is marked as such. Full license terms are available on our Licensing & Usage page.
A purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of the footage to you. All footage remains the intellectual property of Sacraw Studios.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Digital Delivery
After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Download links are issued by Sacraw Studios and are available immediately upon payment confirmation. Files are large (typically 1–6 GB) — please ensure you have adequate storage and bandwidth before purchasing.
6. Refunds
All sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, creative incompatibility, or duplicate purchases. Technical issues (corrupted files, downloads that do not match listed specifications) will be resolved — see our Refund Policy for details.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw footage files
- Upload footage to competing stock media platforms
- Claim authorship or copyright of the footage
- Use the footage in a manner that violates applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract components of our Services
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or access our content without authorization
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including footage, preview videos, thumbnails, text, design, and branding — is the property of Sacraw Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacraw Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
