Description
Bare branches hang in a dark lattice against a pale December sky, framing the still waters of Inokashira Park. A small boat cuts slowly toward the reeds while the city holds its distance — present but not intrusive.
The water carries a density that only winter light produces, absorbing the blue overhead and reflecting nothing but clarity. Organic chaos of branches against the geometric calm of the lake's surface. Stillness without emptiness.
